1. Procedure for Receiving a Package from the Courier

Before accepting the package, please carefully check the condition of the packaging. If you notice any damage to the packaging or suspect that the products may be damaged, do not accept the shipment. In such cases, we recommend asking the courier to prepare a damage report (this is the courier’s obligation). Then, please send the report to us in the form of a photo/scan via email to info@personalgymbox.pl.

Once we receive your report and obtain confirmation from the courier company, we will begin the complaint procedure. Please note that the damage report is the only basis for accepting claims regarding shipment damage. Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date, and the damage report must reach us within 4 days from the date of delivery. After this period, complaints will not be processed.

For deliveries to parcel lockers, please carefully inspect the package on site - at the locker. If you notice any damage, take photos of the package and send them by email to info@personalgymbox.pl.

2. Right of Return

The buyer has the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason. Returns will only be accepted if the product remains in its original, unchanged condition. Please ensure that the product is carefully packaged so that it arrives at the indicated address intact.

Refunds will be made via transfer to the account from which the order was paid or to another account indicated by the Customer. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Please fill out the return form and include it with the shipment. The store does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

In the case of complaints, the processing time is 14 days. If we do not provide a response within this period, the complaint will be considered justified. All complaints should be submitted in writing to info@personalgymbox.pl or via the Store’s chat.
